We use collected information to create surveys, manage public questionnaire links, store responses, export CSV data, process subscriptions, prevent duplicate responses, and improve the platform. Your contact or private information will never be shared by a third party.

3. Respondent Data

Questionnaire responses are stored for the survey owner. If a survey requires unique responses, respondents may be asked to provide an email or phone number to prevent duplicate submissions.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Paystack. MaoniYangu does not store full card details.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when required for platform operation, legal compliance, payment processing, or with the authorized survey owner.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored information.

7. User Responsibility

Survey owners are responsible for ensuring their questionnaires, consent statements, and data collection practices comply with applicable laws.
